GEN Health began when a healthcare engineering company and a pharmacy operations company compared notes. We had seen the same problem from opposite ends: care teams were doing too much work just to keep disconnected systems, partners, and patients moving in the same direction.

We built GEN Health so intake, chart review, visits, notes, prescriptions, and follow-up use the same patient record. Provider networks can run the clinical work. Brands can manage the patient experience. Neither has to rebuild those systems for each new program.

We stay close to the operators, clinicians, and partners who use the platform every day. Their reality shapes what we build: fewer handoffs, clearer ownership, and more time spent delivering care instead of managing software.
